Vanguard launches VEDA ETF for European small-cap stocks

Vanguard has launched the Vanguard FTSE Developed Europe Small-Cap UCITS ETF Accumulating (VEDA ETF), which aims to provide long-term capital growth by tracking the FTSE Developed Europe Small Cap TR EUR index. The fund physically replicates the performance of this market-capitalization-weighted index of small-cap stocks in developed European countries.

The ETF has a total expense ratio (TER) of 0.19 percent per year. Launched on May 19, 2026, and based in Ireland, the fund currently manages 20 million GBP. It is traded on several exchanges, including Deutsche Börse Xetra.
