Vanguard updates ETF offerings and reduces costs

Vanguard has introduced the Vanguard FTSE Global All-Cap UCITS ETF (ticker: VALL), a new fund launched in August 2026. Unlike the Vanguard FTSE All-World ETF (VWCE), which covers large and mid-cap companies, the VALL ETF includes small-cap stocks. The new fund features a significantly lower Total Expense Ratio (TER) of 0.07%.

Additionally, Vanguard has reduced the annual cost for its Vanguard FTSE All-World UCITS ETF (distributing tranche) from 0.19% to 0.14%. This fee reduction follows substantial growth in the fund's assets, with reports indicating inflows of over 2.5 billion euros in September alone. The fund has seen a year-to-date value increase of approximately 15%, trading near its 52-week high.
