Vantage and Temporal secure billions in funding for digital and AI infrastructure
Digital infrastructure providers Vantage and Temporal have secured significant new funding to meet rising demand for data centers and AI-related software workflows.
Vantage has closed a $2 billion five-year revolving credit facility to support early-stage development across its North American platform. The facility, arranged by Evercore and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, aims to accelerate project delivery and provide capital certainty as demand for data centers increases. This transaction is part of a broader strategy in which Vantage has closed over $40 billion in capital this year.
Temporal has raised $550 million in Series E funding, bringing its valuation to $12.55 billion. Led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, the round included participation from several major investment firms. The company reported an annualized revenue run rate exceeding $250 million and noted a sharp increase in usage for its managed platform, which processes complex workflows for clients such as OpenAI, NVIDIA, and Netflix.
