Var Group reaches 25 million euros in turnover in Spain and Andorra

Var Group, a company specializing in digital transformation, has reported a 15% increase in turnover in Spain and Andorra, reaching a total of 25 million euros. Of this amount, 22 million euros were generated in the Spanish market and 3 million euros in Andorra.

The company’s growth in the Iberian region has been driven by both organic business development and the acquisition of specialized firms. Since its implementation in the region in 2024, Var Group has integrated several companies, including Wise Security, Tech Value Iberia, Tech Value Pirineos, Visualitics, Boot Systems, LBS Serveis, Awesome, and Delta Informática, while also taking a stake in Solver.

These strategic moves have expanded the company’s expertise in cybersecurity, data, artificial intelligence, digital identity, cloud services, and technological infrastructure. Looking ahead, Var Group aims to reach a turnover of 60 million euros and exceed 500 professionals in Spain and Andorra within the next two years, continuing its acquisition strategy through the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
