A series of cultural events are scheduled in the French department of Var from Friday, August 7 to Sunday, August 9, 2026. The Color South Festival returns to the Arènes de Fréjus for an electro‑festive night with DJ sets and visual shows. In Carqueiranne, the free "Ça c’est le Sud" tour features the Chœur du Sud, Julie Zenatti and Bande à Part. Jazz fans can enjoy Erik Truffaz and Antonio Lizana’s "New Sketches of Spain" on the beaches of Toulon. The Musicales de Bormes present a free open‑air concert in the Parc du Cigalou, while the Festival de Ramatuelle stages a comedy by Gilles Dyrek in its Théâtre de Verdure.
