Var. Up salon gathers 2,600 professionals in Toulon

The 24th edition of the Var. Up salon, held at the Palais Neptune in Toulon, brought together 2,600 professionals, business leaders, and institutional partners to discuss the future of employment and economic mutations.

Organized by the Union Patronale du Var (UPV) and Entrepreneurs Var, the event served as a strategic hub for exchanging experiences and navigating geopolitical and economic uncertainties. A central plenary session titled ‘Emplois du futur : quand l’entreprise sort du cadre’ (Jobs of the future: when the company steps outside the box) was co-organized with the Association pour l’emploi des cadres (APEC) and drew nearly 500 attendees.
