IRGC claims foreign media admit Trump’s defeat in Iran conflict

On 17 Mordad, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) issued a statement marking Journalist Day and the anniversary of martyr journalist Mahmoud Sarami. The statement praised revolutionary journalists and asserted that the United States and Israel have failed in their “second and third wars” against Iran. It claimed that foreign media now acknowledge the “failure” of former President Donald Trump’s campaign against Iran, describing the resulting agreements as “a surrender document for the United States.”

In Kerman province, a gathering of journalists and media activists visited the martyr’s shrine, recited prayers and reaffirmed their commitment to reporting the truth and preserving the legacy of Sarami and other fallen reporters.

Separately, Tabnak Kurdistan reported on its extensive field coverage of the Arbaeen pilgrimage, highlighting on‑the‑ground reporting from the Bashmaq border and the publication of a special issue titled “Kurdistan – Path of Love, Service Narrative.”
