The “Seva Sankalp Bike Yatra” concluded in Varanasi, marking 25 years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s career in public service, spanning his tenures as Chief Minister of Gujarat and Prime Minister of India. The journey, which covered approximately 20,000 kilometers from his birthplace in Vadnagar to his hometown in Kashi, culminated in a massive public rally at the Jagatpur Inter College grounds in Rohaniya.
High-profile attendees included Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, and BJP National President Nitin Nabin. During the ceremony, leaders highlighted various developmental milestones achieved under the Prime Minister's leadership, including economic growth, infrastructure projects like the Kashi Vishwanath Dham, and social reforms.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath addressed the gathering, contrasting the current state of Uttar Pradesh with the period prior to the Prime Minister's leadership, citing improvements in law and order and the transformation of the state's economy. The event also featured a procession where 800 bikers and participants carried sacred water from the rivers of Vadnagar and the Ganges to the Kashi Vishwanath Temple.
