Varese Corsi announces autumn 2026 culinary program

Varese Corsi has announced its autumn 2026 season, featuring nearly 50 culinary and beverage courses scheduled between September and December. The curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including vegan and vegetarian cooking, classic dishes such as risotto and roasts, pastry, sushi, ramen, and wine-themed sessions.

The program also includes specialized holiday menus for Christmas and workshops designed for children, such as PizzaKids. Classes will be held at various locations across the territory, including Love in the Kitchen by Marco Dossi, Istituto De Filippi, the Calcinate del Pesce Hub, and Orti di Bregazzana.
