Varese Cultura 2030 launches integrated regional cultural network

The Varese province has launched the ‘Varese Cultura 2030’ project, a strategic initiative designed to integrate and promote the region's cultural assets. Co-financed by Fondazione Cariplo, the project aims to overcome the fragmentation of local cultural offerings by connecting heritage, tourism, education, and the productive system through a coordinated network.

Saronno has been identified as a key strategic hub within this network, alongside Busto Arsizio, Gallarate, and Varese. The local strategy for Saronno includes contemporary prose theater, street art projects, and immersive digital projections to bridge traditional heritage with modern artistic languages.

A central component of the initiative is a partnership with the Abbonamento Musei association. This collaboration seeks to increase citizen participation and visibility for provincial museums. The project also explores the implementation of a ‘Varese Cultura 2030’ single ticket to facilitate easier access to various cultural sites across the province.
