Various Argentine civil associations announce general assemblies

Two different civil associations in Argentina have issued calls for general assemblies to address organizational and administrative matters.

The Asociación Civil Bomberos Voluntarios de Avellaneda has scheduled an extraordinary general assembly for November 16, 2026, in Avellaneda, Santa Fe. The agenda includes a partial reform of the social statutes, specifically regarding the modification of member categories to include residents from outside the local jurisdiction and the establishment of two-year terms for board members with the possibility of indefinite reelection.

Separately, the Asociación Pilotos Turismo de Carretera Bonaerense has called for an ordinary general assembly to be held on November 26, 2026, in Ituzaingó, Buenos Aires. This meeting, overseen by a normalizing commission, will focus on reviewing and approving accounting documentation and financial statements for the five fiscal years ending in 2025, as well as the election of the board of directors and the audit committee.
