Various community events and seasonal warnings in Italy
Several local events and seasonal concerns are being reported across Italy. In Mondovì, Palazzo Fauzone will host Halloween-themed activities on October 31, 2026, including a detective workshop for children titled ‘Ladri di ceramiche a corte’ and itinerant theatrical performances by Teatro delle Dieci.
In Nettuno, the Santa Barbara Neighborhood Committee is organizing the ‘ViviAmo il Parco’ event on October 24, 2026, at Giuseppe Fiori Park. The program includes children's animation, a book presentation, a roundtable discussion regarding neighborhood issues, and a live concert by the Ore Zero Tribute Band. The event will also feature the unveiling of a plaque dedicated to the late local politician Giuseppe Fiori.
Additionally, animal welfare associations are issuing warnings regarding the safety of cats during the Halloween season. Concerns have been raised about the potential for cats, particularly black ones, to be targeted due to historical superstitions and associations with witchcraft.
