Various cookie launches announced by VICIO and Sandra Romero

Two distinct cookie products have been introduced by different culinary entities.

In Ponferrada, pastry chef Sandra Romero has launched a new seasonal cookie to support the Spanish Association Against Cancer. This autumn-themed recipe features Reineta apples from the Bierzo region and is produced in collaboration with Alimentos de Calidad del Bierzo. The initiative aims to raise funds for cancer research and social services, including psychological support and home assistance.

Separately, the food company VICIO has entered the bakery market with its first cookie. The product is made using two types of Belgian chocolate, noisette butter, and sea salt flakes. The launch is accompanied by a marketing campaign inspired by the traditional pastry-making methods of nuns, focusing on the meticulous development process led by chef Mariano Citterio.
