Various industry awards announced in Austria and Germany

In Austria, the media magazine ‘Österreichs Journalist:in’ has announced its ‘Corporate Spokesperson of the Year 2026’ rankings. Based on over 11,000 evaluations from 354 media professionals, the awards recognized excellence in accessibility, precision, and the ability to communicate complex topics. Carmen Brüggler of AMA-Marketing and Kristijana Lastro were named top spokespeople in the ‘branded goods’ category. Other industry leaders recognized include representatives from Porsche, VW, Erste Bank, Asfinag, Sandoz, and Spar Österreich.

In Germany, Servicevalue and the F.A.Z. Institute conducted a large-scale survey to identify the ‘Best Insurers 2026’. The study, which analyzed 97,763 customer judgments across 24 service categories, identified several top performers. Arag, DA Direkt, Debeka, LVM, and VPV each secured two top spots, while companies such as Allianz Direct, Cosmos, and VHV were recognized for excellence in specific insurance sectors.
