Educational and governmental authorities in Venezuela, Argentina, and Mexico have implemented training programs focused on the protection of children and adolescents and the prevention of risks.

In Aragua, Venezuela, 774 educators from seven municipalities completed an 80-hour training program. The initiative, part of the Educational Defenders Training Plan, aims to strengthen the prevention of school violence and guarantee the rights of minors through legal and pedagogical tools.

In La Pampa, Argentina, the ministries of Health and Education concluded a 30-hour hybrid training course for secondary school teachers. The program focused on the integral approach to sexually transmitted infections (STIs), specifically HIV and syphilis, using a gender-sensitive and rights-based perspective.

In Chihuahua, Mexico, municipal staff participated in a training session titled ‘Omission of Care.’ Organized by the municipal government in collaboration with the State Human Rights Commission, the training aims to improve the detection and institutional response to situations that may violate the rights and well-being of children and adolescents.
