Various youth workshops scheduled in Brașov and Prahova

Several educational and cultural workshops for youth are scheduled to take place in Romania in late October 2026.

In Brașov, the Reduta Cultural Center is hosting the second edition of the Urban Knitting Camp from October 27 to 29. The program, led by instructor Gabriela Bularca, is designed for eight students aged 10 and older or university students up to age 21. The camp aims to preserve traditional crafts and local cultural heritage through manual knitting techniques.

In Prahova, the Ro2D2 team is organizing a LEGO and Arduino Urban Camp at the Prahova County Museum of Natural Sciences. Running from October 27 to 29, the workshops are aimed at students aged 8 to 14. The program focuses on robotics and programming, allowing participants to explore technology through building and coding. The initiative is part of the ‘Ro2D2 – STEAM Education through scanning and 3D modeling’ project, supported by the Prahova County Council.
