VARTA Consumer Batteries Turkey says operations unchanged despite parent VARTA AG restructuring

VARTA Consumer Batteries Turkey announced that its commercial activities—including sales, distribution, order management, customer service, warranty and after‑sales support—continue without interruption. The company emphasized that the recent financial restructuring and insolvency proceedings affecting VARTA AG are limited to certain parts of the German group and do not involve the VARTA Consumer Batteries division, which is legally, operationally and financially independent.

Production of consumer batteries at VARTA's German manufacturing facilities proceeds as scheduled, with no changes to production processes, quality standards or global supply chains. The subsidiary highlighted its 140‑year history and its role in providing energy solutions to millions of users worldwide, reaffirming its commitment to the Turkish market and its partners.
