Vartan Korajian, the CEO and director of Tana Resources Corp., has acquired 2,000,000 common shares in the company. The acquisition, valued at a deemed price of $0.05 per share for a total of $100,000, was completed on October 29, 2026, to settle indebtedness owed to him for accrued management fees.
