The film will be directed and written by acclaimed filmmaker Abhay Pannu, known for the series "Rocket Boys."

The venture is being championed by YRF CEO Akshaye Widhani and creative head Aditya Chopra, underscoring the banner's strategic move into a genre it has not previously explored.
