Vasco da Gama announces 2026 match schedule and futmesa signings

Vasco da Gama's senior football team will face Vitória in the 19th round of the 2026 Brasileirão on 16 July at the Barradão in Salvador, followed by a Copa do Brasil clash with Fluminense at the Maracanã on 1 and 5 August. The club also has a Copa Sudamericana playoff against Independiente Medellín, with the first leg in Colombia on 22 July and the return in Rio de Janeiro on 29 July.

In parallel, Vasco's futmesa division announced two new players for the 12‑touches rule competition: Marcelo Heusi, a native of Santa Catarina and declared Vasco supporter, and Bruno Verly. The signings come as the futmesa transfer window remains open until 31 July, aiming to bolster the team after recent state and national successes.

Both announcements were released by the club as it prepares for a busy second half of the season across its football and futmesa programs.
