Vasco da Gama youth and professional teams see key developments

Vasco da Gama's youth and professional departments are seeing significant activity. In the Carioca Sub-20 championship, Vasco secured a 3-0 victory against Botafogo with goals from Gustavo Guimarães, Lukas Zuccarello, and Andrey Fernandes. This win marks their sixth consecutive victory in the category, placing them in third position in the standings.

At the professional level, the club is intensifying training under Pedro Emanuel to prepare for upcoming Brasileirão matches against Botafogo and Remo. Additionally, Vasco is preparing for a decisive Copa Sul-Americana fixture against Boca Juniors. The club is currently navigating logistical discussions regarding the venue for the return match, weighing the use of São Januário against the Maracanã. Internally, the transition to a new management structure under Marcos Lamacchia is expected to conclude by November.
