Vasco da Gama launches commemorative Círio de Nazaré jersey

Vasco da Gama has launched a new commemorative jersey honoring the 2026 Círio de Nazaré, one of Brazil’s largest religious and cultural celebrations. This marks the second year of a partnership between the club and the Pará-based event, following an initial edition in 2025.

The jersey features a Jacquard fabric design that blends floral references from the mantle of Our Lady of Nazareth with Marajoara aesthetics inspired by the ropes used in the traditional procession.

João Vitor Assunção, Commercial and Marketing Director of Vasco da Gama SAF, stated that the initiative aims to strengthen the club's connection with its supporters across the country, particularly in Belém, which maintains a strong Vasco fanbase. The club noted that the project seeks to value cultural traditions that are central to the identity of its fans.
