Vasco da Gama supporters unveil manifesto challenging club leadership before November election

A faction of Club de Regatas Vasco da Gama supporters has released a manifesto denouncing the current administration and calling for a democratic overhaul ahead of the club’s members' election in November. The document criticises the management of Pedro Paulo and Felipe, noting that by May 2026 the duo had spent nearly R$ 600 million on the football squad—approximately R$ 104 million more than São Paulo and R$ 280 million more than Athletico‑PR.
