Vasco Supporters Group TOV Expels Member for Harassment

The Torcida Organizada do Vasco (TOV), the official supporters' group of Club de Regatas Vasco da Gama, announced the definitive exclusion of member Daniel Duarte following allegations of harassment. The organization said a complaint was received, victims were supported, and an internal investigation was conducted. The disciplinary board voted by simple majority in an ordinary assembly, invoking Article 7, clause IV of the TOV statute, which mandates removal for conduct that harms human dignity or ethics.

TOV emphasized its “non‑negotiable commitment to human dignity, respect for women and zero tolerance of any form of harassment or violence,” stating that the measure protects the integrity of the group and ensures a safe, respectful environment for all members.
