Vasilije Čarapić rejects allegations of PES links to Aleksandar Vučić

Vasilije Čarapić, a Member of Parliament for the Europe Now Movement (PES), has dismissed claims linking his party to Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić as "ordered manipulations."

Responding to an interview by analyst Aleksandar Musić, Čarapić argued that the allegations are designed to serve the political interests of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS). He criticized the analyst for failing to address the historical relationship between Vučić and Milo Đukanović while attempting to create a false narrative against PES.

Čarapić cited several instances to counter the claims of cooperation, including Vučić’s alleged interference in Montenegrin electoral processes, his lobbying regarding EU negotiation chapters, and the party's support for student protesters despite facing political backlash.
