Vasilis Tsiartas' Marousi residence set for auction

The residence of former international footballer Vasilis Tsiartas in the Nea Filothei – Kalogreza area of Marousi is scheduled for an electronic auction on October 2, 2026. The starting bid for the property has been set at 1.316 million euros.

Built in 2005, the house is situated on a plot exceeding 650 square meters and spans three levels: a basement, a ground floor, and a first floor. The property includes a swimming pool and parking spaces in the basement. While recent estimates suggest a total area of approximately 450 square meters based on 150 square meters per level, previous descriptions of the same property indicated significantly larger dimensions, including a 316-square-meter basement and various living spaces such as a master bedroom, sauna, and elevator.

This auction follows several previous unsuccessful attempts to sell the property, including auctions in December 2018, February 2019, and a suspended process in November 2022. Cepal Hellas is acting as the manager for the claims of the Galaxy II Fundi.
