Vasto hosts UNEBA National Commission on minor protection

The city of Vasto is hosting the UNEBA National Minor Commission on September 24 and 25. The event brings together professionals and representatives from across Italy dedicated to the protection, reception, and promotion of minors' rights.

The selection of Vasto was prompted by an invitation from the Genova Rulli Reception House. The working sessions will focus on the transformation of services and communities involved in protecting vulnerable individuals.

Following the national meetings, a public conference titled ‘Protection of minors and people with disabilities: regulatory evolution and new challenges of contemporary society’ will take place on Saturday, September 26. This session will facilitate a dialogue between the UNEBA National Minor Commission and the National Disability Commission to discuss legislative changes and social shifts regarding inclusion and care.
