VBC Cremonese sees mixed results at Mimmo Fusco Trophy

At the 22nd edition of the Mimmo Fusco Trophy held at the Opiquad Arena in Monza, VBC Cremonese experienced mixed results, securing one victory and one defeat.

In their match against UYBA Busto Arsizio, VBC Cremonese lost 1-2 after a highly competitive series of sets. Despite strong performances from Calkins and Populini, and a decisive first-set win (27-25) aided by Irene Mescoli, UYBA Busto Arsizio managed to secure the match after a tense second set and a deciding short set.

VBC Cremonese also recorded a victory against Club Italia. The final standings of the tournament will determine the two teams competing in the best-of-five final match.
