Václav Klaus Criticizes President Pavel and Minister Macinka

Former president Václav Klaus, speaking in an interview, described the conflict between the Czech government and President Petr Pavel as "unstoppable" and labelled Minister Petr Macinka as "clumsy". Klaus argued that his own presidential era represented the proper standard for state leadership, emphasizing discipline and restraint.

He also criticised President Pavel, calling his actions a mistake, while defending his own legacy and suggesting that current disputes should not override the constitutional balance between the presidency and the government.
