Veda Ega Pratama faces technical struggles at Moto3 Aragon
Indonesian Moto3 rider Veda Ega Pratama finished 20th at the Aragon Grand Prix on August 30, 2026, marking his lowest finish of the season. Despite the result, he remains the highest-ranked Honda rider in the championship standings.
Honda Team Asia Manager Hiroshi Aoyama attributed the difficult performance to technical issues. While Pratama initially climbed from 22nd to 16th position, he struggled with braking difficulties and a loss of tire grip during the second half of the race, causing him to drop in the standings.
Pratama's current standing keeps him ahead of other Honda riders, such as Italy's Guido Pini, who sits in 11th place. The team is now evaluating these technical setbacks ahead of the upcoming Misano round.
