Veekee James criticizes Lagos bloggers over privacy breach

Fashion designer Veekee James has publicly criticized Lagos-based party bloggers for unprofessional behavior following a privacy breach at a recent event. The incident occurred during the birthday celebration of Priscilla Ojo’s son, Rakeem, where a blogger’s video reportedly exposed the designer’s phone password.

In a video response, James stated she would not tolerate being filmed from inappropriate angles or having phones placed directly in her face at future events. She warned that she might smash a blogger’s phone if such behavior continues and would not accept responsibility for the damage.

James also addressed her recent experiences with media coverage, noting that while she had intended for only BellaNaija to cover her child’s dedication, she was instead surrounded by uninvited bloggers. The designer expressed her frustration with the lack of boundaries regarding her and her husband, Femi Atere, during public appearances.
