Veeva Systems expands biopharma AI and CRM offerings

Veeva Systems has announced significant expansions of its life sciences technology suite through new pharmaceutical partnerships and product launches. Biogen and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals have both selected Veeva Vault CRM for global implementation to modernize their commercial operations.

Biogen is adopting the platform as a unified foundation for its international go-to-market processes, aiming to improve the distribution of complex treatments. Regeneron will utilize the platform to leverage artificial intelligence in analyzing interactions between field personnel and healthcare providers, seeking to identify barriers to treatment adoption.

Additionally, Veeva introduced Veeva Falcon Safety, an agentic AI product designed to automate adverse event intake, case processing, and follow-up. The tool is built to be interoperable with various E2B-compliant safety systems, including Oracle Argus and ArisGlobal LifeSphere MultiVigilance. Falcon Safety aims to streamline pharmacovigilance operations and maintain compliance with evolving regulatory standards, such as those set by the FDA.
