Vegetable Tech to host seminar on gut health and business productivity

Vegetable Tech Co., Ltd. and the Japan Nutrition Concierge Association will host a free seminar titled “Gut Health and Business Performance: A Complete Guide Based on Evidence” on September 25, 2026, in Osaka and online.

The seminar addresses how gastrointestinal issues, such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and chronic constipation, impact professional productivity and mental well-being. Research indicates that chronic constipation can result in an estimated productivity loss of approximately 1.34 million yen per person annually in Japan.

Led by Dr. Masahiro Iwasaki, the session will explore the connection between gut health, stress, and psychological states like anxiety and depression. It aims to provide practical dietary and lifestyle solutions to help business professionals improve concentration and mitigate the economic burden of absenteeism and presenteeism.
