VEH AG Reports Q3 Losses Amid Legal Costs, Bucher Industries Posts Revenue Decline
VEH AG released an interim statement for the quarter ending 30 September 2023 showing unverified revenue of €3.1 million, compared with €2.8 million a year earlier. The company posted an unadjusted loss of roughly €162 thousand, missing its revised target after two new lawsuits from the so‑called “Reich Group” added estimated legal expenses of €40‑50 thousand. Ongoing defence costs have been a recurring burden for six years, prompting a new profit outlook of a €150‑200 thousand loss and a full‑year revenue goal of €3‑4 million, with no immediate liquidity risk identified.
Bucher Industries presented its half‑year 2026 results, noting a 7.3 % drop in group revenue to CHF 725 million, driven primarily by a slowdown in its land‑technology arm, the Kuhn Group. Other divisions, Bucher Municipal and Bucher Hydraulics, reported positive trends. Management highlighted the need to stabilise order intake amid political uncertainties affecting agricultural investment, while continuing a share‑buy‑back programme.
