Vehicle accidents reported in Córdoba and Reynosa

Two separate vehicle accidents involving mechanical issues were reported in Mexico.

In Córdoba, Veracruz, a Dodge Ram truck struck a guardrail on the Tratados de Córdoba boulevard on Sunday morning. The driver reportedly lost control after a tire burst, causing the vehicle to cross into the opposite lane. While the impact caused significant material damage, no fatalities were reported. Red Cross paramedics provided medical assessment to the occupants, and municipal transit authorities managed the scene.

In Reynosa, Tamaulipas, a public transport bus on the Balcones route collided with three vehicles on Saturday morning. The accident, which occurred near the intersection of Margarita Maza de Juárez boulevard and Héroes de la Reforma street, was allegedly caused by a mechanical failure where the accelerator became stuck. One of the impacted vehicles was projected into a commercial establishment. No injuries were reported, though the bus driver reportedly left the scene following the collision.
