Vehicle crashes into market stalls in Valle de Santa Ana, Spain, injuring three

A driver lost control of his vehicle and entered the weekly market in Valle de Santa Ana around 11:15 a.m. on Friday, breaching traffic barriers and striking two stalls before hitting several shoppers. Among the victims were an elderly man pushing his wife's wheelchair and the woman herself, as well as a third individual. The man sustained serious injuries, while the woman and the third person were also wounded.

Emergency services, including an SES ambulance, the Red Cross of Extremadura, and Guardia Civil patrols, responded to the scene. The three injured parties and the driver, who suffered a chest injury, were transported to Hospital Universitario de Badajoz for further evaluation.
