Veigh becomes Brazil's most-streamed rapper on Spotify

Brazilian rapper Veigh has reached the top position for monthly listeners among Brazilian rap and trap artists on Spotify. Following the release of his DVD ‘EVOM: A Última Dança’, Veigh saw significant growth, gaining approximately 1.5 million listeners in a single month to reach a record of over 10.7 million monthly listeners.

This surge moved Veigh from fifth place in August to first place in September 2026. He overtook MC Poze, who previously led the ranking but saw a decline of over 650,000 listeners, dropping to second place with approximately 10.6 million listeners.

The September rankings also saw notable shifts with Vulgo FK and KayBlack entering the top five, marking the largest audience jumps in the category. Other artists in the top ten include Oruam, Filipe Ret, Orochi, L7nnon, Xamã, and Matuê.
