Vela Luka to host memorial concert for musician Frano Borovina

A memorial concert dedicated to Frano Borovina, a talented young drummer from Blata, will be held on August 22 in Vela Luka. The event, scheduled to begin at 20:00 at the local handball court, aims to unite the communities of Korčula and Lastovo in music and humanitarianism.

Borovina, who was a prominent figure in the local music scene, passed away last year. Following the success of last year's event, which provided aid to various local associations and families, this year's concert has a specific humanitarian focus. All voluntary donations collected during the event will be donated to the Knego family.

Admission to the concert is free, with donations being entirely voluntary.
