Veliko Tarnovo to host ‘Repair the Earth’ photography exhibition

The national photography exhibition ‘Repair the Earth’ is scheduled to be held in Veliko Tarnovo from September 1 to September 15. The exhibition will be located in the central part of the city, in front of the Faculty of Fine Arts.

Organized by HUMANA People to People Bulgaria in partnership with the ‘Dedal’ Art School and supported by the Veliko Tarnovo Municipality, the project aims to raise public awareness regarding environmental challenges, climate change, and the necessity of preserving natural resources. The initiative recently received national recognition at the b2b Media Annual Awards, winning first place in the ‘Social Project with Social Impact’ category.

The exhibition features 22 award-winning photographs from both professional and amateur photographers across the country. These images explore the relationship between humans and nature, focusing on themes such as responsible consumption, the circular economy, and the consequences of overconsumption and industrial impact.
