Velle Capital launches Aude for complex real estate financing

Velle Capital has launched Aude Alternative Lending, a new platform designed to provide credit for complex real estate transactions that fall outside traditional financing channels. The platform will focus on financing auctions, foreclosure assignments, and occupied properties.

In the case of illegally occupied homes, Aude will provide credit not only for purchases but also to owners seeking to recover part of their invested capital while legal proceedings or settlements are underway. The platform aims to reach approximately 50 million euros in new financing by 2027.

Initially, Aude will only finance companies and professionals until it is registered as a lender with the Bank of Spain to serve individuals. The company is backed by Velle Capital and private investors, including a Spanish family office. The project is led by founder Félix Peralta, formerly of Santander, Bain Capital, and Cerberus, alongside partner Alfonso Manuel Sánchez González, a former CaixaBank executive.
