VeloBank provides 90 million PLN for Symfonia Praga housing project

VeloBank has provided 90 million PLN in financing for the Symfonia Praga residential project in Warsaw's Praga-Południe district. The development is being executed as a joint venture between Grupo Lar Polska, a subsidiary of the Spanish Grupo Lar, and the Lithuanian developer Galio Group.

Located at Owsiana 11 in the Kamionek area, the project will consist of five buildings comprising 156 high-standard apartments on a 5,300 square meter plot. The development aims to integrate modern architectural solutions with the district's historical heritage and includes features intended to meet BREEAM sustainable construction certification requirements.

Piotr Sztembartt, Director of the Developer Financing Department at VeloBank, noted that the Kamionek area is undergoing a dynamic transformation from industrial land to residential and service-oriented spaces.
