Vendée region launches health initiatives for elderly residents

Local health initiatives are being organized for elderly residents in the Vendée region of France. These programs include 'Marche et Bien-être' walking sessions designed for individuals aged 60 and over, focusing on themes such as relaxation, stretching, and breathing exercises.

Additionally, a health prevention conference titled 'Mieux communiquer pour mieux accompagner' will be held in Fontenay-le-Comte. Led by geriatrician Amélie Gaborit Guyomard, the session aims to help family caregivers and patients improve communication and foster more serene interactions.
