Veneto administrative updates: Anti-violence network and roadwork schedules
Regional and provincial authorities in Italy have issued several administrative updates concerning public services and infrastructure.
In the Veneto region, the deadline for updating the registry of anti-violence centers, service desks, and shelters has been extended from August 7 to August 28. This administrative process is necessary to map the active network for the 2026 period. Additionally, the 2026 restoration training program, valued at 2.5 million euros, has closed its applications.
In the province of Vicenza, roadwork on the SP31 in the Crespadoro area (Ferrazza-Durlo locality) has undergone a schedule change. Due to safety and widening works in the Turco valley, the road will remain open 24 hours a day with alternating one-way traffic regulated by a traffic light until August 23. Following this period, from August 24 to September 30, traffic will revert to scheduled daytime closures on weekdays.
