Veneto regional executives' salaries disclosed, ranging from zero to over €155,000

The Veneto Region published a list of executive compensation in its Official Bulletin, covering salaries up to 31 December 2025 for instrumental bodies and 1 January 2026 for participations. Gross annual pay varies from €0 to €155,253.87, the highest amount going to Loris Tomiato, director general of ARPAV, with a possible 10 % performance increase.

Other notable earnings include Marco Taccini, president of Veneto Strade (€64,350), and Fabrizio Spagna, president of Veneto Sviluppo (€61,000). Directors general of the regional health agencies (ULSS) receive a fixed €154,937.06, with up to a 20 % bonus based on results. Some presidents receive modest sums, such as Massimo Sauro (€8,224.80), while others, like Claudio Valente and Amerigo Restucci, serve without pay.

The Fifth Commission recently awarded all directors 20 points for their 2025 performance evaluations. Several executives have changed roles or left the region, for example Fabrizio Stella, who departed in March 2026 after earning €124,203.10, and was succeeded by Filippo Codato.
