Venezia FC and the Municipality of Venice have officially signed a 40-year concession agreement for a new stadium located in the Bosco dello Sport area within the Tessera district of Mestre.

The project involves a total investment of 125 million euros by the club, covering facility improvements, equipment, concession fees, and both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance. The stadium is scheduled to be inaugurated during the second half of the 2027/2028 sports season.

Designed to hold up to 18,500 spectators for football matches, the multifunctional venue will also host concerts, festivals, and various cultural and entertainment events. Venezia FC President Francesca Bodie described the agreement as a historic milestone for the club and its community, aiming to create a sustainable, international-standard facility.
