Venezia FC begins construction on Bosco dello Sport complex

Construction is underway for the Bosco dello Sport in Tessera, a major new sports and events district near Venice. Representing an investment exceeding 300 million euros, the project aims to create a multifunctional hub featuring a new stadium for Venezia FC, an indoor arena, and extensive green spaces.

The centerpiece is a modern stadium designed to hold 18,500 spectators for football and rugby matches, with capacity expanding to approximately 24,400 to 25,000 for large-scale concerts and international events. The complex also includes an indoor arena with a capacity of over 10,000 seats.

Work is progressing across several sectors. Recent updates indicate that masonry work in the southern sector is complete, while metal framework installation and the laying of grandstands are ongoing in other areas. To engage the community, Venezia FC has launched a loyalty campaign offering fans priority access to future offers related to the new facility.
