Venezia FC signs defender Juan Jesus

Venezia FC has officially signed defender Juan Jesus. The player has committed to the club through the end of the 2026/27 season, with an option for a one-year extension based on specific conditions.

Juan Jesus brings extensive Serie A experience to the club, having previously played for Inter Milan, AS Roma, and Napoli. During his time at Napoli, he won two Serie A titles (2022/23 and 2024/25) and a Supercoppa Italiana. His career also includes a Copa Libertadores title with Sport Club Internacional and appearances in both the Europa League and Champions League.

Upon joining, the defender described the club as having an ‘important and ambitious project.’ He expressed his readiness to contribute his experience to the squad and noted his familiarity with teammate Filip Stankovic.
