Venezuela develops roadmap for cooperation with African nations

Venezuela is developing a strategic roadmap to strengthen economic cooperation and South-South integration with African nations. Venezuelan Foreign Minister and International Trade Minister Félix Plasencia González met with the African Diplomatic Corps in Caracas to transition from traditional diplomatic ties toward dynamic commercial alliances.

The plan involves establishing technical working groups and joint commissions to accelerate investment agreements. Key areas of focus include energy and hydrocarbons, specifically technical cooperation in oil and gas production, as well as mining and sustainable agriculture. Additionally, the roadmap includes expanding educational scholarship programs and facilitating trade routes for raw materials and supplies.
