Acting President Delcy Rodríguez has signed the Law for the Promotion and Protection of Housing Construction to accelerate rebuilding efforts following the double earthquake on June 24. Additionally, a contingency plan is underway to vacate 67 schools being used as temporary shelters before the mid-September school term begins.
