Venezuela launches second phase of Venezuela Renace 2026 sports games

Minister of Sport Franklin Cardillo has launched the second phase of the ‘Venezuela Renace 2026’ sports games. This initiative aims to provide sports, recreation, and joy to communities affected by recent emergencies.

The current phase involves inter-camp competitions across eight transitional camps in the eastern region of Greater Caracas, including the Francisco de Miranda, Mariscal Sucre, and Colegio Libertador camps. These competitions will determine champions in various disciplines who will advance to the next stage of the games.

Cardillo emphasized that while the games aim to identify talented athletes, the primary goal is to promote physical activity, recreation, and community well-being through sports.
